A murine monoclonal antibody to the human C3a domain of C3.
This monoclonal antibody was raised against purified human C3. It is specific for an antigen expressed on the C3a domain of C3 and therefore reactive to C3 and C3a.
Quidel's C3a monoclonal antibody has been used in a variety of experimental techniques including EIA and Western Blot. Please contact Quidel Technical Support for details on these or other applications. Because it is not specific for a neo-epitope on C3a, it may not be suitable for all EIA applications.
