	Western Blot of acid extracts from: (1) HeLa cells treatedwith sodium butyrate; (2) HeLa cells untreated. UsingRM202 at 0.5 ug/mL, showed a band of Histone H4 acetylated at Lysine 12 in HeLa cells.
