Phenobarbital/ß-Naphtoflavone induced lyophilized rat liver S9 for the use in studies of metabolisation of chemicals, biocides, cosmetics and pharmaceutical preparations.  

Phenobarbital/ß-Naphtoflavone induced  S9 is a buffered solution containing the post mitochondrial S9 fraction of a pool of livers from male SpragueDawley rats. The solution includes Cytochrome P450 enzymes, hydrolases, sulfotransferases, etc. for the metabolisation of many xenobiotics, herbicides, pesticides, cosmetic,  pharmaceutical preparations or soil, waste water.
