Isolated genomic DNA is free of contaminations and are good substrates for southern blotting, enzymatic and PCR reactions. Features Sample Size: Up to 5 ml of bacterial or yeast culture, 200 ¦Ìl of whole blood and 30 mg of animal tissue or culture cells can be processed in a single column.
