Extracelluar domain of human TNFR2 (aa1-257) is fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1. The recombinant fusion protein is produced in HEK 293T cells. rhTNFR2:Fc can be used to detect membrane-bound TNFmediated lysis, but requires concentrations 1000 ng/ml. Since TNFR2:Fc preferentially interacts with the membrane-bound form of TNF. Crossreactivity: rhTNFR2:Fc interacts with human TNF.
