NU6102 is a 1,000-fold more potent inhibitor of CDK/cyclin B (IC=9.5 nM) and CDK/cyclin A3 (IC=9.5 nM) than NU2058. NU6102 is selective for CDK and CDK compared to CDK/D1 (IC=1.6M), DYRK1A (IC=0.9M), PDK (IC=0.8M) and ROCKII (IC=0.6M).
