Calphostin C 的详细介绍

Potent and selective inhibitor of protein kinase C (PKC). Inhibits PKC by interacting with the regulatory DAG and phorbol ester . Inhibition is light dependent. It also inhibits Phospholipase D1 and D2. Also reported to induce apoptotic DNA fragmentation and cell death; kills breast cancer cells.
