Produced in HEK 293. Mouse ACRP30 (aa 18-247) is fused at the N-terminus to a linker peptide (8 aa) and a FLAG tag. ACRP30 is also known as Adiponectin. It is an insulin sensitizing hormone, expressing its effects through receptors AdipoR1 and AdipoR2. ACRP30 has a wide range of beneficial effects on many biological and metabolic processes. ACRP30 has anti inflammatory and anti cancer properties.
