Introduction

HBsAg is the surface antigenof the Hepatitis-B-Virus (HBV). The capsidof a virus has different surface proteins from the rest of the virus. The antigen is a protein that binds specifically on one of these surface proteins. It is commonly referred to as the Australian Antigen.

Description

A paired monoclonal antibody has been developed for HBsAg antigen lateral flow immunoassay product. Please note that when ordering for example: 100µg antibody we ship 50µg from each of the antibodies (100µg in total).

Purified monoclonal IgG by protein A chromatography

Greater than 95%.

Physical Appearance

2 vials of sterile Filtered clear colorless solution.

* HBsAg Conjugation antibody: in PBS and Sodium nitrate.
