  • The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the T.Pallidum p47 immunodominant regions. The protein contains beta-galactosidase (114 kDa) fused at the N- terminus. 8M urea, 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8 and 10mM B-ME. Treponema Pallidum protein is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of T.Pallidum with minimal specificity problems. Treponema Pallidum proteinwas purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Immunoreactive with sera of T.Pallidum infected individuals.
