  • Myosin Light Chain MYL4 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 205 amino acids (1-197 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.6kDa. MYL4 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. MYL4 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 150mM NaCl, 1mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
