  • PSMG4 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids (1-123 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.9kDa. PSMG4 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. PSMG4 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 100mM NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
