AMBP Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 205 amino acids (20-203) and having a molecular mass of 23.1 kDa. AMBP is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The AMBP solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
