  • LAT Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 227 amino acids (28-233) and having a molecular mass of 24.4 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). LAT is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The LAT solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 1mM DTT.
