PSMG2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 287 amino acids (1-264 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 31.8kDa. PSMG2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. PSMG2 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 40% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.
