  • CRCP Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids (1-148) and having a molecular mass of 19.0 kDa. The CRCP is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The CRCP solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
