  • CST6 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 142 amino acids (29-149) and having a molecular mass of 15.9 kDa. The CST6 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The CST6 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
