Parkinson Disease Protein 7 Human Recombinant

The PARK7 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in various cellular processes including spermatogenesis and fertilization, cancer, RNA-binding, androgen-receptor signaling and oxidative stress. Mutations in the PARK7 are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson’s disease 7 (Park7).

Description: PARK7 Human Recombinant fused to an N-terminal 36 aa His-Tag, produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain (aa 1-189) containing 225 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24 kDa.

Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Formulation: The protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8 and 20% glycerol.

Stability: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HAS or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
