LIM Domain Containing 2 Human Recombinant

LIMD2 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 150 amino acids (1-127) and having a molecular mass of 16.5kDa.

LIMD2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The LIMD2 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
