Cat. No. 110 163 50 µg specific antibody, lyophilized. Affinity purified with the immunogen. Rabbit serum albumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.

Reactivity Reacts with: human (O14662), rat, mouse (Q8BVI5), hamster.

Specificity Recognizes all four isoforms syntaxin 16a, b, c, d.

Remarks

ELISA: Suitable as detector antibody for sandwich-ELISA with cat. no. 110 161 as capture antibody (protocol for sandwich-ELISA).
