1) Anti-Syntaxin 5 (cat. no. 110 053) Golgi marker WB IP ICC IHC	10 µg rabbit antibody, lyophilized. Affinity purified with the immunogen. Rabbit serum albumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl PBS supplemented with 2% BSA to get a 0.2mg/ml solution of antibody. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use. Further details on this antibody are given here.
2) Anti-U1-70K (cat. no. 203 011) Nucleus/Splicosome marker WB IP ICC	20 µg mouse antibody, clone H111, purified IgG, lyophilized. Azide was added before lyophilization.
