Cat. No. 160 003 50 µg specific antibody, lyophilized. Affinity purified with the immunogen. Rabbit serum albumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.

Specificity Specific for Homer 1. Cross-reactivity of the serum to Homer 2 and 3 was removed by pre-adsorption with Homer 2 (aa 1 - 176) and Homer 3 (aa 1 - 177). The Homer 1-sp

Remarks

ICC: PFA fixation recommended.
Methanol fixation leads to a complete loss of the signal.

ELISA: Suitable as detector antibody for sandwich-ELISA with cat. no. 160 011 as capture antibody (protocol for sandwich-ELISA).
