Cat. No. 355 006 50 µg purified IgY, lyophilized. Ovalbumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use. Before storing at -20°C add 1 vol of glycerol.

ICC: 1 : 1000 (see remarks) gallery  
IHC: 1 : 500 (see remarks) gallery  
IHC-P/FFPE: 1 : 4000 gallery  
Immunogen Recombinant protein corresponding to AA 1 to 420 from mouse CNP1 (UniProt Id: P16330)
Reactivity Reacts with: rat (P13233), mouse (P16330).
Other species not tested yet.
Specificity Specific for CNP 1.
Remarks

ICC: Fixation with ice-cold methanol is recommended.

IHC: Antigene retrieval (10mM citrate, pH 6.0, overnight at 60°C) is recommended.
