Cat. No. 243 003 50 µg specific antibody, lyophilized. Affinity purified with the immunogen. Rabbit serum albumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.

IHC: 1 : 100 up to 1 : 500 gallery

Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to AA 436 to 446 from mouse SynCAM1 (UniProt Id: Q8R5M8)
Reactivity Reacts with: rat (Q6AYP5, Q1WIM2, Q1WIM3), mouse (Q8R5M8, Q8BLQ9, Q99N28).
Other species not tested yet.
Specificity Recognizes synCAM 1, 2, 3 but not 4.
