Cat. No. 425 006 200 µl purified IgY, lyophilized. Ovalbumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 200 µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use. Before storing at -20°C add 1 vol of glycerol.

Reactivity Reacts with: rat (P37136), mouse (P21836).
Other species not tested yet.
Specificity Detects isoform T, may cross react to isoforms R and H.
Remarks

IHC: Antigen retrieval (10mM citrate, pH 6.0, overnight at 60°C) is recommended.

IHC-P: Antigen retrieval (10mM Tris, 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0) is recommended.
