Specificity: This antibody specifically recognises human EPO.

Cross Reactivity: This antibody does not recognise IL-8, IL-16, IL-7, MCP-1, TNF-β, GM-CSF, M-CSF, IL-1β, bFGF, human serum albumin and bovine serum albumin.

They include diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy leading to end-stage renal disease, and diabetic neuropathy. Diabetic retinopathy remains the major cause of new-onset blindness among diabetic *****s. It is characterized by vascular permeability and increased tissue ischemia and angiogenesis.
