Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. Non-receptor class dual specificity subfamily.
Post-Translational Modification: Myristoylation regulates subcellular location, and is necessary for activation of JNK.
Cellular Location: Cytoplasm. Nucleus.
