Immunogen: Raised against a 16 amino acid peptide from near the amino terminus of human DRAM.

Formulation: Supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage: Can be stored at -20?C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
Function: Lysosomal modulator of autophagy that plays a central role in p53/TP53-mediated apoptosis. Not involved in p73/TP73-mediated autophagy (By similarity).
Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the DRAM/TMEM150 family.
Cellular Location: Lysosome membrane.
