Description: Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DcR3 (G287)
Specificity: DcR3 (G287) pAb detects endogenous levels of DcR3 protein.
Applications: WB, IHC, IF

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 261-310 of Human DcR3.

Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Function: Decoy receptor that can neutralize the cytotoxic ligands TNFS14/LIGHT, TNFSF15 and TNFSF6/FASL. Protects against apoptosis.
Tissue Specificity: Detected in fetal lung, brain and liver. Detected in ***** stomach, spinal cord, lymph node, trachea, spleen, colon and lung. Highly expressed in several primary tumors from colon, stomach, rectum, esophagus and in SW480 colon carcinoma cells.
Cellular Location: Secreted.
