Involvement in Disease: Cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis: Rare sterol storage disorder characterized clinically by progressive neurologic dysfunction, premature atherosclerosis, and cataracts.
Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the cytochrome P450 family.
