Promotes the activation of adenylate cyclase, leading to increased intracellular cAMP levels.
Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 2 family.
Post-Translational Modification: A N-glycosylation site within the signal peptide impedes its proper cleavage and function.
