Immunogen: Synthetic peptide contain a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 52 and 112 of human COMMD7

Purification: Purified by antigen-affinity chromatography.
Formulation: Supplied in 0.1M Tris-buffered saline with 10% Glycerol (pH7.0). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative.

Function: May modulate activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes (PubMed:21778237). Associates with the NF-kappa-B complex and suppresses its transcriptional activity (PubMed:15799966).
Tissue Specificity: Widely expressed with highest expression in lung.
Cellular Location: Cytoplasmic vesicle.
