Involvement in Disease: Epilepsy, progressive myoclonic 8: A severe form of progressive myoclonic epilepsy characterized by myoclonus, generalized tonic-clonic seizures and moderate to severe cognitive impairment.
Cellular Location: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
