Immunogen: Raised against a 14 amino acid peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human CCR3.

Purification: Immunoaffinity purified IgG
Formulation: Supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage: Can be stored at -20?C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
Function: Receptor for a C-C type chemokine. Binds to eotaxin, MCP-3, MCP-4 and RANTES and subsequently transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level (By similarity).
Tissue Specificity: Expressed in spleen but not in astrocytes or microglia.
Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
Cellular Location: Cell membrane.
