Immunogen: Raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 2 to 198 of human Bim.

Post-Translational Modification: Phosphorylation at Ser-65 by MAPK1/MAPK3 leads interaction with TRIM2 and ubiquitination, followed by proteasomal degradation. Deubiquitination catalyzed by USP27X stabilizes the protein.
Cellular Location: Membrane. Mitochondrion.

Associated with intracytoplasmic membranes.
