Description: Rabbit polyclonal antibody to BAFF Receptor

Immunogen: Raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human BAFF Receptor The peptide sequence is identical between human and mouse origin.

Purification: Affinity chromatography purified via peptide column
Formulation: Supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage: Can be stored at -20?C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
Function: B-cell receptor specific for TNFSF13B/TALL1/BAFF/BLyS. Promotes the survival of mature B-cells and the B-cell response.
Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in spleen and testis; detected at lower levels in lung and thymus.
Cellular Location: Membrane.
