Post-Translational Modification: Ubiquitinated by PARK2 during mitophagy, leading to its degradation and enhancement of mitophagy. Deubiquitinated by USP30.
Cellular Location: Mitochondrion outer membrane.

Colocalizes with MGARP and RHOT2 at the mitochondria.
