Involvement in Disease: Leukodystrophy, hypomyelinating, 9: An autosomal recessive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by delayed psychomotor development, severe spasticity, nystagmus, and ataxia associated with diffuse hypomyelination apparent on brain MRI.
Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family.
