Highly expressed in liver and pancreas and lower expression in brain and kidney. Also expressed in macrophages within aortic atherosclerotic plaques, and in breast cancers.
Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the heat shock protein 70 family.
Cellular Location: Endoplasmic reticulum lumen.
