Description: Mouse monoclonal (E11) antibody to CD35.
Specificity: The mouse monoclonal antibody E11 recognizes CD35 (CR1), a type I glycoprotein expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, B cells, folicular dendritic cells, erythrocytes, NK and T cell subsets, as well as e.g. on glomerulal podocytes.
Applications: FC, IP, WB, IHC-P, IHC-Fr, ICC
Reactivity: Human, Non-Human Primates
Immunogen: Acute monocytic leukemia cells and normal blood monocytes.
