Description: Mouse monoclonal (AD2) antibody to CD73.
Specificity: The mouse monoclonal antibody AD2 recognizes CD73, a 70 kDa GPI-anchored 5´-nucleotidase expressed predominantly on T and B cell subsets, follicular dendritic cells and endothelial cells.

Involvement in Disease: Calcification of joints and arteries: A condition characterized by *****-onset calcification of the lower extremity arteries, including the iliac, femoral and tibial arteries, and hand and foot capsule joints. Age of onset has been reported as early as the second decade of life, usually involving intense joint pain or calcification in the hands.
Sequence Similarities: Belongs to the 5'-nucleotidase family.
