• Recommended Usage: CD16 clone GRM1, mAb is used for identify/enumerate human antigen (FcRIII). GRM1 recognizes NA2-FcRIIIb & FcRIIIa whereas clone 3G8 is an antipan FcγRIII. It′s effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM tests using ≤1 μg/106 cells.
