Fatty acid free heat shock BSA powder

Method of purification: Heat shock fractionation and proprietary steps to ensure a low level of fatty acids.

It is a preferred alternative in assays where the presence of lipids or fatty acids compromises hormone or cholesterol readouts. Every batch is guaranteed to be <=0.02% total fatty acids .
