14-3-3 beta/zeta antibody detects endogenous levels of total 14-3-3 beta/zeta. 14-3-3 zeta a protein of the 14-3-3 family of proteins which mediate signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins. A multifunctional regulator of the cell signaling processes. Phosphorylation apparently disrupts homodimerization.
