BioMag^®Plus Carboxyl Protein Coupling Kit

The BioMag®Plus Carboxyl Protein Coupling Kit includes all of the reagents needed for covalently coupling proteins to BioMag®Plus Carboxyl superparamagnetic particles.

The contents of the kit are sufficient for five coupling reactions.

Materials Supplied with Kit:

• 2.5ml - BioMag®Plus Carboxyl Terminated Particles
• 0.10g - EDC (1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide)
• 5 x 15ml - Conical Centrifuge Tubes
• 1 - BioMag® MultiSep Separator (Cat. #85200-1)
• 2 x 175ml - 0.05 M MES buffer, pH 5.2
• 25ml - Quenching Solution (1.0 M Glycine, pH 8.0)
• 125ml - Wash Buffer
