Human Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), Serum

Human Ultra Pure Apolipoprotein A1 is a single polypeptide chain in 245 amino acids with high alpha-helical content, major structural component of high density lipoproteins, cofactor for lecthin. Cholesterol acyltransferase levels, in general, are inversely related to risk of coronary artery disease in humans. Human APO A1 apolipoprotein is isolated by ultracentrifugation and delipidated by organic solvents. Human APO A1 Lipoprotein is purified by ion-exchange chromatography. Our Human APO A1 apolipoprotein Sterile Filtered through a 0.22 micron hydrophilic filter.
