Fluoresbrite® PolyFluor® 497 Microspheres

These fluorescent microspheres incorporate a series of polymerizable fluorescent compounds which produce fluorescence at a variety of wavelengths. The microspheres listed below have a nominal diameter of 1µm. The fluorescence is uniformly distributed throughout the outer 25% of the radii of the particles.

Nominal Reference Values:

• 1.00µm particles packaged as 2.5% aqueous suspensions
• 4.55 x 10¹⁰ particles/ml
• Diameter Coefficient of Variation (CV) = 3%
• Excitation max. = 355nm
• Emission max. = 497nm

(Excitation and emission data listed is for dye only. The exact excitation and emission maxima for the particles has not been determined.)
