RNAscope技术原理：
Step 1 对石蜡组织切片或者细胞爬片进行预处理，以增加通透性；
Step 2 目的RNA与特性的双“Z”探针进行杂交，目的探针是寡聚核苷酸探针，在探针的一端有与预放大系统结合的位点；
Step 3 预放大系统与目的探针杂交，放大系统与预放大系统杂交，*后标签探针与放大系统特异性杂交，在标签探针的一端是显色或者荧光基团；
Step 4 在明场或者荧光显微镜下观察显色样品。
RNAscope应用领域：生物标记物研究、报告基因筛选、分子病理学、干细胞分化、细胞生物学、神经生物学、肿瘤学等。
RNAscope 产品主要包括：
1）根据目的片段设计的独特的双“Z”探针；
2）预处理试剂盒；
3）反应试剂盒；
4）Wash Buffer缓冲液。
