人ESC和iPSC的维持培养基PeproGrow-hESC
PeproGrow-hESC是一种无血清、化学成分明确的完全培养基，用于无饲养层维持培养和扩增人胚胎干细胞(hESCs)及诱导多能性干细胞(hiPSC)。培养过程中需以BD MatrigelTM作为基质对培养器皿进行包被。该培养基专门用于培养人ESC和iPSCs，使细胞保持未分化的多能性状态(SSEA4+/Oct4+)，流式细胞术显示，仅有不到15%的细胞发生自发性分化。PeproGrow-hESC的配方中含有FGF2(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子，FGF-basic)等生长因子，但不含胰岛素(当前市场上的大多数其它hESC/hiPSC培养基中均含胰岛素)。PeproGrow-hESC由PeproTech与美国Rutgers(罗格斯)大学干细胞培训中心合作研发，包含100mL或500mL的基础培养基和一管单独的生长因子混合物冻干粉。
