Functions Co-expression of mOct4, mSox2, mKLF4 and mMyc (Yamanaka set) in any somatic cell will lead to iPSC reprogramming. The Yamanaka set of transcription factors provides purified, high titer adenoviruses that offer the highest gene transduction efficiency for iPSC induction. The adenoviral vector will not integrated into host cell genome, avoiding possible mutations associated with vector insertion.

Shipping High titer adenoviruses are shipped with dry ice and low titer adenoviruses are shipped with ice packs. For long term storage, it is recommended to store the viruses at -80°C in small aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
